
I tried this recipe today and it was F***ING FANTASTIC!!!
Raspberry Fool
1. Mash 12oz raspberries, 2 tbsp sugar, and 2 tbsp raspberry liquor. Set aside.
2. Whip 1 pint heavy whipping cream with 1/2 cup sugar unil firm peaks form, then fold in the raspberry-liqour mixture.
3. Chill for 1 hour. Top with (more) raspberries and serve.
