The next time you're drunk, on your back hanging on the floor so you don't fall off- try this!

1) You have to be in a room with a ceiling fan.
2) Turn on the ceiling fan.
3) Close 1 eye and raise 1 arm straight up with the fingers spread.
4) Align the palm so that you can't see the center/light fixture of the ceiling fan.
5) Turn, waggle, or move your hand.

Your hand appears to be in an old-timey movie or (if the ceiling fan's light is on) appears to be under a strobe light.


Again- this works best if you're smashed.
